FedEx label Generation and Quick book Process with order dispatch were major project challenges along with managing order workflow and proposal management. A centralized chemical order management system with a synchronized ERP System was needed to ensure smoother and quicker processing. For security purposes, IP and OTP-based authentication features were also needed . They also wanted Chemical Profiling and Chemical image processing in their system.
