K &B courier is one of the leading courier companies, especially delivering the medical reports from the laboratory to the customers or to the doctors. They were already using https://www.ontime360.com/ courier management system. It was desktop-based and the license provided limited use. Hence they had an issue managing the software from multiple places. We helped them develop the wrapper application which uses the Ontime360 Db to pull some details and allows them to do certain operations that are not supported by ontime360. We also helped them develop APIs. To manage this flow, they use Onetime software. Onetime is a Desktop Based software.
